We’re looking for someone who has business experience (owner/operator or key manager); is curious and constantly learning; understands business finance; enjoys learning about others and assisting in their success; and has excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills. This is part of a larger national and statewide network and in this role, you will supervise other advisors on our team and be responsible for reports and data collection. There is some travel around our region and professional development will take you out of state on occasion.

Salary range starts between $65,000-75,000 with excellent benefits, professional development, growth opportunities, and flexible work environment. Do you enjoy reading company financials to figure out the story of a business? Do you like working with a team to solve challenging problems? We need someone who understands profit and loss, balance sheets, and tax returns to help underwrite tough loan decisions. Our new team member will listen to entrepreneurs’ needs; research and assess their capabilities; and analyze loan requests to help them reach their dreams. We’re thinking between $63,000 and $73,000 for starting salary range, but depends on experience and includes a built-in bump based on initial performance. We have excellent benefits. Tourism Event Planner, Great Falls Montana Tourism

Great Falls Montana Tourism is eager to bring a creative visionary onto our team that will plan large-scale signature events, during off-peak occupancy that will bring attendees from across the world! It’s a big task and there is more: You’ll also be asked to connect with established events that show great promise and offer assistance in enhancing the event.

The core of the job is to develop an annual event strategy and budget then plan, facilitate, and manage logistics for all events in the annual strategy, including budgets, sponsors, contract negotiations, guest lists, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decor, marketing materials, and independently troubleshoot day of event issues.

The Planning Director (Director), under the general direction of the Board of County Commissioners, is responsible for the administration and supervision of the Cascade County Planning and Geographic Information System (GIS) Department (Planning Department), performs a variety of difficult, complex and specialized assignments in the preparation and distribution of planning reports, technical and professional work in planning programs for the County related to the development and implementation of land use, floodplain, stormwater, zoning, subdivision, mapping and addressing, junk vehicle retrieval, littering and community decay enforcement, superfund controls and redevelopment, and related plans and policies.
