Featured Hot Job: Operator – Fiber
Pay: $22.50–$24.00 per hour
The Operator plays an important role in keeping IND HEMP’s fiber processing operation running safely and efficiently. Operators set up, start, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot plant equipment while making adjustments to maximize efficiency and maintain product quality.
This position goes beyond simply running equipment. Operators may act as a lead when needed, assist with on-the-job training, perform quality checks, troubleshoot machinery, and operate equipment including forklifts, skid-steers, wheel loaders, telehandlers, and scissor lifts.
IND HEMP prefers candidates with two or more years of industry experience or equivalent training. Previous manufacturing, grain or food processing, agriculture, forklift, or heavy-equipment experience is a plus.
The facility offers two shift schedules: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., or Friday–Sunday, 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.

Also Hiring: Production Technician – Fiber
Pay: $20.00–$21.50 per hour
IND HEMP is also seeking a Production Technician to help operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment throughout the fiber processing facility. The position includes equipment operation, quality checks, material handling, packaging, cleaning, and training across different positions on the production line.
Previous manufacturing, agriculture, heavy-equipment, or forklift experience is a plus, and IND HEMP prefers at least one year of industry experience or equivalent training.

Also Hiring: Maintenance Technician
Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour, with potential for more based on experience, qualifications, and skill level.
For candidates with a mechanical background, IND HEMP is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its Friday–Sunday, 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. weekend shift.
This position maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and improves production equipment and facility systems. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, equipment repair, metal fabrication, electrical systems, motors, three-phase power, sensors, and PLC-controlled equipment. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least two years of related experience.
