What You’ll Do
The Staff Accountant will support daily accounting operations and financial reporting for multiple business entities. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining general ledgers, preparing journal entries, and reconciling accounts.
- Supporting month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Managing intercompany transactions and identifying discrepancies.
- Assisting with financial statements, reporting, and special projects.
- Improving accounting processes and maintaining accurate financial records.
Who They’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have at least 1 to 4 years of bookkeeping, staff accounting, or general ledger experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are important. Experience with multiple business entities and an accounting-related degree are preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
