The Executive Director of the Great Falls Public Library Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, works closely with the Board of Trustees to support the mission and vision of the Foundation. The Executive Director supports the Great Falls Public Library Foundation by soliciting, receiving, and providing stewardship of donations from the public to be used for the benefit, improvement, and welfare of the Great Falls Public Library and its patrons, and as a supplement to funds allocated from the budgets at the City of Great Falls and of Cascade County, or otherwise received by the library.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or related experience, 3-5 years of Nonprofit leadership experience, Professional fundraising experience; Capital Campaign experience preferred and Grant Writing Experience Preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
$75,000 annual salary commensurate with experience, Hybrid Work Model with flexible hours, Monthly Stipend for healthcare insurance premiums ($500 per month), Paid Holidays (11 per year: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous People’s Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, and Christmas), Annual Contribution to a Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) retirement account.
